WHITE TEA
Originating back to the Song Dynasty, White Tea is one of the fundamental Chinese Teas. It is non-fermented with its surface completely covered with young white fur, mainly produced in province of Fujian.
Yin Zhen Bai Hao and Bai Mu Dan are the two most famous white teas. The freshness of the hand picked tea leaves are strictly required, where only tight buds are used. Its processing technique is unique and simple with only two steps, natural withering under sun heat and roasting over fire.
