RED TEA
A fully-fermented tea, Red tea is produced mostly at South of China, such as the province of Guang Dong, Fu Jian, and Hun Nan. It became one of the most important exportation in the international tea market.
Red teas are also called Gong Fu Tea due to its detailed tea processing method. A particular processing technique is tea leaves are being smoked with pine to give this rosin aroma. A good quality Red Tea gives a very strong and shallow aroma, an extremely bright clear red tea color, and an elegant taste that stays smoothly in throat.
