GREEN TEA
The Green Tea catergory was the earliest to appear in Chinese history. Green teas are semi-femented products, its dry leaves, color, and wet leaves are generally green. Each year 70% of teas produced in China is Green Teas. Almost every tea garden in China produces Green Teas, however these tea farms are mainly located in the province of Hang Zhou, Zhe Jiang, An Hui, Jiang Su, and Hun Nan.
Today, good quality Green Teas are still being processed using the traditional tea processing technique by experienced tea making masters. Natural withering, steaming, pan frying, and leaves rolling are all done by hand. Therefore, each quality Green Tea is considered a handcraft product. Its elegant appearance, jaded-green color, refreshing aroma, and smoothness of taste assure the valuable position of Green Teas among all Chinese Teas.
